I just finished converting my 92 notchback to a 5.0 but Im having a problem with getting the car to start off the key. The harness and computer im using came from a manual but the transmission im running for now is an automatic. Does anyone know what I need to do to bypass and jump the neutral safety?

yea but my car is an automatic so I don't have a clutch pedal. Is the switch still down in that general area where the clutch would be if it were a stick?

Yup, the connector will have four wires. Two for the backup lights, two for the NSS. Connect the white/pink stripe and the purple/pink stripe wires together. The other two are for the lights.

The connector should be on the driver's side, sticking through the floor pan just forward of the trans crossmember.
