I was wondering is it bad to do slot of upgrades on a motor with over 140,000 miles on it? Because I was going to put headers, upper n lower intake manifold, cam ect. Or do I have to rebuild it first?

it all depends on what u want and how long you planning to keep the base motor stock you can never go wrong with a rebuild either

Jus freshin it up, with the mods u listed u gotta take the engine apart to actually put everything on, so jus get all new gaskets and seals, along with new water pump and timing chain. But check the compression first before you do anything.

Basic bolt ons should be fine as long as the motor runs strong. If you plan on adding NOS or boost you may want to consider a rebuild

miles don't mean anything.

if you're worried, do a compression and leak down test, if it checks out do whatever you want to it.
