heads cam intake swaped and my brakes arnt the same no more automatic tranny but will be 5 speed soon. the brake booster is hooked up to the intake what else can this be?

What camshaft? It's possible the vaccum signal is too low if the camshaft is a radical profile.

Also, you may have a leak.

...and your pushrod/lifter pre-load. I seriously doubt you installed custom length pushrods...you're probably hanging valves open. It's not going to build power, nor vac like this.
