THE POWER STEERING KEEPS ON LEAKING OUT HAS NO LEAKS AND CAP IS ON.WOULD I NEED TO REPLACE THE POWERSTEERING PUMP? HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIECED THIS????

What's a RACL?

Mac: Where is it leaking from? If you can't tell, jack the car up and spray some cleaner. then start the car and turn the wheels and check to see where it's leaking from. LMK what ya find.

Oh a Rack. I thought you were using some acronym for something.

I misread the OP. Yea if it's not leaking anywhere it's probably in the rack boots. Like FH said.
