Probably going to laugh but Miracle in Pleasanton does a whole bunch of hot rods and classics. I had a couple cars painted there when they were in Dublin. Not to bad of a job and they stand behind their work in regards to runs in the paint if there are any. Just dont get their cheap paint and do your own bodywork and prep (sanding crevices and pulling trim).
