lol true but i see ur from oakland.. im sure there is lots of places over there. , this is wat u gotta do find sum hondas that have smogs and if they have new plates lol then bing, illegal smog. ask them lol

Would it not be easier to just go the legal route? I mean for the most part you will need fresh cats..and for a '85 (if that is what you have?) the emission allowances are probably a lot more lenient compared to a fuelie (closed based system).

It will save you headaches in the long run and you will be legit.
