if the swaybar hit the oil pan hard enough to crack it, I'd be worried about more than just replacing the oil pan.

is your car salvaged?

I had the same problem in a vert I owned, the sway bar would always hit the oil pan.No matter what i did even after changing pans it always hit.I got rid of it and bought a clean roller.

I think if u remove the sway bar and replace your pan u should be good...ever since ur lil accident I have a feelin u tweeked the frame a bit...not that bad but enough to cause a bit of problems...try to find someone to do it,its not going to be easy with the motor in..so drop the kmember and leave everything in

if your car is lowerd a lot the pan will hit the sway bar, the fix is to get shorter endlinks
