im building my rearend and im indecisive.. carbonfibor clutch rebuild kit with a 31 spline basicly stock diff, or a auburn pro posi unit. i know the auburn on your first thought right. but its still a clutch style not buildable unless u ship back. and not a true posi under my understanding, it switches between the 2 wheels feedind the traction to the lessor of the 2 wheels, so if clutchs should be wearing out, should i just get the stock unit. how much difference is between the two, 31 spline carbon posied built or auburn pro????the auburn is used, motor is a supercharged 408 in a fox that will see street use and road race track time. thanks for your guys and girls help.

get the tru-trak by detroit locker. i replaced my auburn with it and like it. it does burnouts like a locker but track days like a posi.

i replaced the auburn because the clutches wore out.. then it became like a free diff letting one wheel go to town. pulled it out, said well hell why not get something that doesnt need clutches so i got the tru-trak. why dont you sell the 2 that you have and buy what you want?

[Roll Eyes] I've seen a lot of Hondas with big wings on the street too. Doesn't mean because you can do it, you should to it.
