she really hasnt drove it in 4 months, and when she took it down she really didnt blow the car out on the freeway. See anything in the #'s that could cause the reason for fail?

im fairly sure my mustang doesnt pollute that much..
not sure on what causes cars to fail smog but since ive got off road cats and a couple things missing i just take it someplace where they guarantee a pass

NOx is likely that the EGR isn't opening, I'd check it out and what controls it.
if the EGR checks out, then it could be the cats need replacing.

i would say check the egr valve is opening with nox that high i doubt it is working

either egr is not working properly or there is alot of carbon build up on the pistons

i doubt it.... i think the car needs to be blown out on the freeway and warmed up properly. They hardly ever drive the car and when they do it's mostly in town.
