Sup guys. I am trying to pull the motor out of my 2000 gt 4.6L 5 speed..
Anyone know of a long tutorial or tell me what i need to do in what order to get the engine out efficiently without me wasting alot of time?
I was told by someone that removing the transmission is the easiest first step to removing it.
Thanks!!

Pretty basic man.First disconnect battery, unbolt the tranny, support the tranny, remove the starter, drain the coolant, unbolt the exhaust, remove h-pipe,remove the air inlet, unplug the electrics/electronics,remove coolant hoses, remove coolant overflow/reservoir,remove the radiator if you want more room, remove hood for room too, remove motor. Not all necessarily in that order.

start from the bottom then work your way up.find
a friend who will let you borrow his tools would help. Get a manual to understand all the details on removal and installation. Bagging and label hardware helps a lot. There is a lot of things to list as far as procedures and tools needed so I really suggest getting a manual.
You'll need a hoist and fasion up some type of lifting deal like chains or cut seat belts to lift the engine out.
