5.0 threaded insert on passenger side cylinder head- where can I buy one online?

Its the bolt boss just like the one one the back of the head that fits a spark plug to cap it off after removing the smog tube.

The cylinder head I have doesnt have the threaded insert installed for the alternator bracket.
I cant properly bolt on my alternator bracket without it. anyone know where to find one, or how to remove one from a stock head without jacking it up??? [Confused]
