i have a bronco with the 302. my intake is facing the oppisite direction as the one on the mustangs. what i wanna know is if i can use a mustang after market set up and turn the intake around?

Can't remember if the lowers are different. Edelbrock makes an upper for the Bronco but if I remember right, the '88 Broncos are still speed density systems, so an intake swap isn't going to do you much good.

THe throttle cable arrangement will be a problem I think. Doesnt the bronco intake flow pretty good? its simular to the holley systemax intake...it takes the same gaskets minus thr throttle body.

some of these bronco intakes use the same middle gasket as a stock 50. and yes it can be turned around then.

my 87 bronco's intake runners look just like an edelbrock or holley, I think the stock intake flows pretty good, just change the throttlebody, BBK makes a bigger twin throttlebody, but kinda pricey.

My 89 was like a stock 5.0.

my dad's 89 has a tired 5.0, does anybody know what it would take to swap in a 351?

Because if he want's to put an intake on it one of the Explorer intakes your selling would work well for him......

true i guess people have there ways of building cars/trucks. i just thought why its just a bronco. but when you look at my ltd through someone elses eyes they could be saying the same thing as i said about his bronco. ..

so to the original poster of this thread, I got an intake that will work on ur bronco an make the tb face the other side. lmk JOHN
