Ive been running mine for about 2 years now and do love it except when turing around. It clunks and clunks which I know is the nature of the beast with lockers but didnt think it would be that bad. Thought it was my stock worn out control arms so didnt worry bout it. Well I replaced my control arms today with UPR's pro series rod end soild arms and it seems to be more violent so Im thinking bout changing to a spool or trac-loc. Inputs would be nice. Thanks

i had the detroit locker TrueTrac in my car, acted just like a locker about 90% of the time but was never noisy cornering

It's a locker, unfortunately it's gonna do that. When you replaced the control arms with solid pieces, you removed that "cushion" that dampened the sound.

Thats what I thought, it feels like my rearends gonna come out of the car. Im also afraid its going to take a lot of life out of the suspension. What do you think John B?

I don't think it will be hard on the suspension. The torque boxes are a different story. [Wink]
