75mm tb is overkill on a stock motor. 65mm tb you will be fine. put the 75mm on when your up in the 300-350 range.

Isnt gonna kill you, but you dont really need it. probably be at full throttle at 3/4 pedal because you will be moving more air than you need for teh motor. Also you wouldnt want to go any bigger than the inlet on your intake.

Too big for sure.. you won't gain much over a 65mm and you will have to seriously hog out your TB opening.
