How do convert my 93 cobra to manual brakes? Do I just remove the booster? So I have to make a bracket for the master cylinder or is there one I can buy? And also do I need a different master cylinder?

This is the kit I used. There are quite a few others out there as well. Shop around, and get what is best for you. You can also buy the adapter plate from UPR, and use a pinto master cylinder.

Nevermind. I forgot its a race car not a DD.. Hehe Doesnt Maximum motorsports sell conversion parts?

maximum motorsports has a really nice kit it comes with a new pedal and the mount for the booster it cleans up the engine bay alot but they specifically state its for 4 wheel disc only, i still have some fine tuning to do to get it stopping right but im confident once i do it will be great!

Well mike it's 2 reasons for me.
1. Clean up the engine bay
2. I don't want to drill and tap my new manifold for vacuum for the booster.

Hell I don't drive it on the street and it's never going to see the street again. Wait til next year mike, we are already planning a 1 price front end, fiberglass doors and hatch and lexan windows. Doin the same thing with the 68 camaro

Ok. U me and 300 other people on here have custom cams bud. Either way I ran a comp 282h in a 351c that required a vacuum booster for the brakes and that isn't a wild cam so I wouldn't use the term 'real cam' to loosely bud.
