do i need to grease up the bearing and anything else connected with the bearing like the fork? thanx

you can put a film of grease on the throw out bearing retainer sleve, the tip of the input shaft (where the pilot bearing contacts) and where the clutch fork pivots off that stud.

make sure your flywheel is clean, wipe it down with brake cleaner and a clean rag.

and for the above mentioned grease usage, use very little grease, you don't need all that much, that shit will get tossed everywhere when its running if you goop everything up.

Personally, I wouldn't put grease on the retainer sleeve. I find it easier for dirt and grime to stick to it, but thats just my 2 cents. Ive done quite a few clutches and never have I put grease on anything that is clutch related. If you are trying to get rid of a stiff clutch as well, then get a new clutch cable and if your retainer sleeve is scarred then buy a new one of those as well. But no grease is needed.
