Well I got this carb that I dont get any fuel from the front squirter..I put s new diaphram and a spring and still nothing, took off the squirter to inspect and clean..nothing. Any ideas of what it might be?

A few things to check: there should be a needle under the squirter in the main body. Pull of the squirter and look down the hole ( you should be able to see it)
second would be: the check ball on the under side of the fuel bowl in the accel pump housing ( looks like a ball bearing )

does it look like the lever that works the accel pump is going through a normal motion? I have seen those not work because of incorrect cams and inproper adjustment. Plus the things that Dustin mentioned. Make sure fuel is getting to the diaphrm and the check valve is in the bowl(like mentioned )
