i have a coupe that was originally a 4 banger the car runs great idles good and drives good except for when i get on it and i get up too 3500 - 4000 rpm it starts jerkin cuttin out cuttin back on but it doesnt do it in every gear it will do it in 2nd and 3rd gear most of the time, never got rpm that high 5th and it never did it in 1st and 4th. i have changed fuel pump, fuel filter, i have good fuel pressure, my timing is perfect and i have new plugs cap rotor wires im runnin out of ideas anybody got suggestions i could look at?

you never said what you gapped the plugs to and did you change the coil and whats done to the car?

lmao. no i didnt change the coil and the plugs were gapped to whatever factory recomended is i did it like 3 mon ago

and nothin is done to the car its a stock 5.0 engine

nope nothin the car runs great except for that it idles at 750 never jumps around i mean it passed smog fine while doin it my friend checked the cylinder pressure and he said that was perfect
