which it better fox body, i saw many different computer a9p, a9l,and a9t. i got a9p on my 5.0 with t5.

there pretty much all the same except that the A9P/A9T originaly came in auto's and the A9L came in a manual.

the A9T is rare but when i say rare i dont mean special, you just don't see it that much.

are you sure about that? I think the cobra's computer is the X3Z which had its calibration for the 24lb injectors in its EEC. that means it would not function properly in a stock car with 19lb injectors.

Uhhh, your wrong about that. a9l are 5 speed, mass air computers used in standard 5.0's. As stated above, the Cobra's came with the x3z stock.

I got a A9L in my 90 mass air, also my 88' (ca mass air car) came with the A9P i believe. A9L is the better i hear for mods.

I don't think that 88 stang came from the factory with a A9P prob had a 8LD originaly. could be wrong im no ford eec computer master. i just remember always seeing the A9 family of EEC's in air bag cars.

it could have been the 8ld i dont remember been so long but a9L ftw [Big Grin]
