Has anyone had there cars built by him or tuned by him? Talked to billy any gave me a reasonable price. Seems like a stand up guy and seems to know what he is doing with 04 cobras. Would like to hear peoples input.

Price should not be the determining factor in whether or not you go with a tuner. If it is, you may want to find a new, and cheaper, hobby.

I don't know the guy, he *may* know what he's doing, but if I'm droppin' coin on a tuner...they better KNOW what they're doing. [Wink]

Price aint a matter. Im just saying that he gave me a price that other tuners dont normally charge.

there people who had there car work on by him on there this place is mostly bay area an sac not the central valley

He tuned a buddy of mines 03 cobra. Billy setup him up with a sniper tune and picked him up 50hp over the mail-order tune he had.

I also had him do the gear install and rear end rebuild on my gt. No complaints from me, he did a good job and his prices were good.

Happy customer here.

yup heard nothing but good things from him, and tunes cars like you said for reall good prices. he also had a 700hp lightning, but sold it not to long ago.

Billy did a great job on my gear install for me at an awesome price . . . he just owes me an ABS sensor, lol.

Billy is a great guy and hella smart too....had a bad rap in the past with some bs he didnt really do. But he doesnt just work on frods either. Great shop and great work and decent prices too.... very busy guy

he did heads and cams and crazy intake on my 2002 gt im 110 percent happy with it very cool dude to talk to and help u with stuff. price aint nothing he is worth it no matter what. i no alot of ppl that he has tuned and has built there motors and all are happy no bad reviews from what i no.
