I got some gt40p heads and can't decide on wat kind of headers if ford or mac headers help pls ???

Doesn't matter. They are both the same tube size and design. Go with what ya like...

Would I have any problems with the plugs u told me John B bc right now I can't tight them on bc of the head that's wat Matt aka haulinn ass told me he is having problems with

He's going to have to pull the header to install it. I install these with a 12-point crows foot wrench; you don't have to pull the header with this setup.
