there are two different ways to run the belt, both will work I prefer the one on the left because it doesn't push the belt close to itself

the one on the left is how i run mine ( ford AC delete kit no smog pump or pully in its place, on my setup I use a 73.in belt.

on the diagram on the left, does the pump need to be removed? Or can it stay in place and be bypassed?

it could but I always take the smog stuff out completely to save compartment space and weight. the smog pump could just sit where its suppose to be with that belt config with no issues.

got the same exact heads, well i didn't want to spend $10 a plug plus another 10 to ship them from summit so i went to home depot and grabed some correct sized bolts, not sure exactly what size threads (been a couple years) I think they were 5/8-11 course thread and the length was around 3/4 - 1 inch

edit - if your going to use the actual plugs they are called thermactor plugs

yeah, it has a more stock appearance to it compared to the TF kit (it's stock on factory NON AC cars. and its only like $4 more then the trickflow delete kit.
