Went to AED for a dyno today. 337rwhp was just too good to be true from the dyno tune i got last week from forcefed. So I went to AED to get legit numbers and I am still pretty satisfied. These are SAE number.
BTW, Shaun and Drew are very nice and helpful. Thanks guys.

here are my power adders,
JLT RAI, 03 cobra MAF, shortrunner, IMRC delete, bassani midlengths and off road X, slp LM II, March crankshaft fluid dampner, ps pulley, 4.30 gears.

its only 281 cubic inches. thats why pushrod guys run 3.73's and modular guys run 4.30/4.56's

Nice numbers, & those seem to be right on the money. I would still think that your car would pout down more tq than that though... Do short runners make you lose tq?

FFP dyno numbers are usually too good to be true, for the most part. Mine seemed right though since mine only put down like 305rwhp/320rwtq when keith tuned it. Then I got it to put down 315rwhp/327rwtq by adding a couple more degrees of timing. I am curious to see what mine would do over @ AED.

So your saying force feds # arent correct ? were you unhappy with your tune ? just wondering why you went and dynoed it twice.. I would expect you to do tht if you wanted better #'s not worse [Eek!]

I think he just wanted to see his "REAL" numbers, not over inflated numbers...

i think they do thats why u need gears to make up for the bottom end

Hmmm. So so you only gain peak HP in high RPM's, or across the board? My car put down 47rwtq more with a stock manifold...

yeah short runners kill the low end torque. but your head design promotes much better velocity so it allows the car to work more efficiently down low. B heads are wack sauce

I was really happy with the way everything went at forcefed. Keith is a great tuner. But the numbers his dyno machine was putting out were way too high. Everybody online on other forums make around 300-310hp with around the same parts i have. I dont know if every car at forcefed shows higher numbers than it should but mine did. So I wanted to go to AED to get the real numbers and also to get a torque reading which i couldnt get at forcefed.

good to hear that keith took care of you. the power output is about right for the mods. ever consider going with longtube headers? its not all about the #'s. it's about your a/f being right and the driveability being good.

Well My car put down 413rwhp with 12 degrees of timing on pump gas... I planned on taking it to AED put Just dont have the extra coin to throw around.. I'm thinkin " Hoping " that i will be upward of 425rwhp running race gas.

Just some info on AED..

Sean who is the dyno tech. Money well spent is your car in his hands and on the dyno.

Drew for that matter can install about anything you want done to your car and is always willing to talk to you about your progress on your car or build.

I have taken my car to them numerous times and still will in future for suspension and motor work.

My car is procharged and was dynoed by sean... I'm at 373rwhp and 383rwtq.

Goal is to be over 450

So guess I'm just saying +1 for AED. LoL
