if your drive shaft tail is worn egg shaped and your trans seal is leaking.then the front of your main shaft is bad.not bent

im doing mine right now . the bushing is worn hella bad eating front drive shaft yokes causing excessive play and vibration and a leak on my rear seal.i just purchased the tool to remove the rear bushing,im hoping i can do in the car.and fix for all. a pain to chase down.but teck speaking you cant have a bent rear tail shaft.well i jeuss u could but the trans would have to be torn down and the rear main shaft be put in a machinst tool called a lathe and then checked . my buddy could check but would have to follow this procedure.whats the problem?

Im getting that vibration goes away though above 60mph it all started after urethane motor/tranny mounts, i knew it would cause a little vibration but i get alot! and my rear seal doesn't leak at all

those mounts shouldent vibrate check exhaust for rubing

I think its my drive shaft pinion angle my car is lowered and the stock rear shocks are wore out and the fronts a bilstein shocks, so maybe the rear is sagging causing the pinion angle of the driveshaft to be off?

the poly just stiffend up a existing prob, u already had, that u just barely didnt notice.vibration is a balance thing so it has to be something that spins or rotates.never personaly had a vibration due to lowering ,or pionion angle problem on a mustang, but differnt parts do diifernt things,maybe just my luck?and exasust rubbing sounds and feels like just that.im juessing drive shaft balance or front yoke wear and trans bushing, if its not to bad it wont leak, pull drive shaft and really inspect front yoke any wear at all is critical if worn, switch drive shaft, and if goes away, or changes to a little better, then change the rear bushing cause it will wear out your new yoke quickly, and be right back where u were. you got good u joints? you can take your 2 hands get under neath the car with your car in the air back wheels hangin and grab and twst and push and pull everthing around that driveshaft ,up and down on the front yoke in the trans should have MINiMAL play, and everything else should have none at all, the yoke in the trans should have almost no play at all! if that shakes on just touch ,whats happens at 60mph and above.let me know what u find youve always been cool and good luck .ive had my problem for a sec now im just lazy and dont drive it, what a lame.
