it depends on a lot of things, you want to find some where with nice clean pavement and do a couple launches and look at the tire marks, you want a nice smooth contact patch. so if its a lil light in the middle you know you need to aid a bit of air. if its dark in the middle need to take some out. basicly you gotta play with the pressures and see what works for ya.
