i bout a aeromotive adjustible fuel pressure regulator and a c&l upper intake pipe. i set it at 48psi as per the instrutions and now its running really rich. the light even came on and said bank 1 is running rich? what do you guys have it at on your cars?

Try WAY lower than that...like 35-37.

Im with John. I would think stock would be around 36-38psi.

i bought an aeromotivce fuel pressure regulator for my 97 cobra and had nothing but problems with it, i'd say keep the stock one on it unless your going supercharged.
