I'm buying a new motor and want to know if my edelbrock aluminum heads will do... how do I find out what size heads I have and if they will work...do I go buy the the vin that's stamped on the front of the heads and look it up on edelbrocks web site?

I beleive that if your heads are for a 302 then they will work on any 302. Check piston to valve clearance and make sure you order the right head gaskets.
I am pretty sure that 302 heads will also fit a 351 windsor
