Hello, I am about to install a B-cam and I need to know how much I would have to retard the cam to gain power. also would this require an expensive adjustable timing gear?

That sounds about right. but are you 100% sure? if thats the case, then I wouldn't have to buy an expensive adjustable timing gear.

no i've got 3 choices of shortblocks the 86 a 89 or a freshly rebuilt 95. and I'm very likely going to use the 95, althought I would really like to use the 86 i'm worried about the ptv.
