I have a 1994 5.0 that I bought a couple of months ago and when I bought it was told that I needed a stock mass flow air sensor. He said it had a bigger one than it needs and when I come to a stop it always wants to die out. I don't know what size the injectors are but he said the motor is bone stock apart from the cold air intake. does anybody know what I actually need to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Doesn't sound like a mass air flow sensor, sounds like an idle air control valve or tps, could even b as simple as timing.

you probably have one calibrated for bigger injectors. try getting a stock one and swapping it in to see if it solves the problem
