you also need a fly wheel and a wire harness for a 5 speed. Although I've read you can modify the auto harness it's easier to use one for a 5 speed. Clutch cable and clutch quadrant. I'm sure there's more I just haven't done the swap so someone else will probably chime in.
EDIT:oh and a throw out bearing and clutch fork

Don't need to use new wire harness, the automatics have one wire for the parking switch, u could use that wire as a kill switch (wink wink), clutch quardent kit, rear main seal while ur @ it so the pony isn't on a constant period leak (oil leak)
