Have you ever accidentally pulled out some wires in the back of the headlamp and or hazard switch?? Sometimes if wires are disconnected or switched around they end up doing some weird things.

Your hazard relay has lost it's ground and is attempting to ground through the relay. Check your forward lamp harness grounds.
