Any 5.0L explorer should have the heads.

Mite be something like 93-98 not sure though...

The GT40 and GT40P are both good heads. In stock form, the P heads are a little better. The 95-early 97 Explorers had GT40 heads and the later 97 up Explorers had GT40P heads. so if you grab a set of gt40P heads what do you do for the therm-actor holes ?

just hook them up and let them hang in the back of the heads the therm-actor holes are for cold start ups and don't affect smog
