if i go with 430 on a 4v 5 spd and put a 100 shot would it run out of rpm at the top end of the track and if so would 410 be the same way ?

I don't think so a lot of people put 430s cuz of the long gears in the tranny

with 410's you'll need to shift into 4th near the end of the track, with 430's you'll shift slightly earlier so you should trap higher speeds.
the difference is about 250rpm's, go 430's minimum
