It plugs onto the fuel rail mounting stud on the rear drivers side.Dont know what it does but thats where it goes. There it is there...

It is the ground for your injector harness. As stated, it should be attached to the rear mounting bolt of your driver's side fuel rail.

Funny that its a ground cause you cant ground from that.Try to ground a test light to that stud.But thats where it goes.
