will a stock 93 mustang mini starter b ok with long tubes or does it have 2 b a aftermarket mini starter? its for a 89 mustang

im sorry i should of put my ad better. what i was wonder was that i know when u run a stock stater it will heat it up & cause it to go out,so u should run a mini stater but in stead of spending the money on a aftermarket 1 i got a stock 93 stater lying around,so will that do the same job as a aftermarket 1??

you can always wrap it with header wrap for extra comfort.

i got LT'S with a stock starter hasn't had any problems overheating yet! starts every time

i got long tubes wit a stock starter i have no clearnece problems or over heating. i would say dont worry too much bout it.

i know for sure they clear stock starters but it was the them going out, i know 2 different 50z that the starters went out on,so thought u had 2 run minis,but mybe not. thatnks 4 all inputs.

Running long tubes and stock stater as well, never any problems
