Okay I am still on the valve spring thing on my cobra. I went to go get a set and there was a choice of 2. I have no clue what the numbers mean, so if you guys would be so kind as to help me identify what I need to get that would be cool. here is the info
The valve spring brand is Comp Cams
1.464 2 spring Assembly
seat load 332 @ 1.300
the other is
1.430
seat load 132 @ 1.750
Which is appropriate for my stock ass engine

Hey N8,
I checked with my budd who works at ford and the parts arent even listed in there comp anymore. I guess ford doesnt produce.
He is gonna keep diggin around.

Depends on who you get. I've talked to Summit techs who build and drive mustangs and are very knowledgeable. Others aren't, it just depends on whether they have direct individual experience with a car like yours. You can ask to speak to someone who knows mustangs, there is usually an old timer around who knows what's what.

ok called summit back because I could not read some of my own writing and got a whole different set of information
Warhorse the Gary gentleman was not there when I called will call back. As for summit it does seem it is a crap shoot with who you get on the phone.

if ur still hving problems look on the ford racing catalog or go online n see what they recomend on cobra heads
