So the aeromotive rails dont line up with the 351 gt-40 intake? Are there other intakes that might?

They will work, you just need to make mounting brackets and use spacers.

checked them again today.

Mounting them is not much of an issue. However the rails are machined to have the injector at a 20* or so angle. The intake has the injectors straight up and down. The injectors would never seal if I used them on your car as they are now.
