why when i release the caps for a fill up i would have excessive pressure it seems?

fuel getting hot, or fuel pump is too much for what the motor needs and the fuel is being recirculated a lot

i had a similar problem and found a mlted fuel vac line under there that goes to the top part of tank and i also changed fuel pump and it stoped...

Clogged up charcoal canister.

Pull the hose off that goes to the canister and see if that makes the problem go away .
