My friend has a crank, and he said I dont need to bore my block, On a site it says 030 over for 331. Who's correct?
And can someone do a desktop dyno for me, 331, stock compression, trick flow track heat upper and lower, trick flow cam, trick flow heads, cold air, headers, h pipe

The block needs to be bored .30 over.

Im pretty sure a std bore 302 w/ a 3.25 crank is gna be a 327... 30 over makes it a 331 if not mistaken.

Correct.


It may be possible the block doesn't need a bore. And when all is said and done, you can still call it a 331...no one will ever know. [Wink]
