I'm looking to do a budget cam swap on my 95 Cobra. I'm thinking of getting Ford Racing Cam E303. Can anybody tell me what other parts I should or need to replace when I do this cam swap?
Thanks!

You should already have a b303, if anything set up 2 a f303

Is it cool for smog? Is that Cam good for the bottom end - mid range?

Crane 2031 'Kit' with the valvespring upgrade is a good choice.

Stock Cobra cams are smaller than GT cams BTW.

Good to know, I will check out that cam. So can I get away with just changing the springs & cam? I was told to cange lifters, rockers, pushrods & timing chain. Is that really necesary?

No, it isn't necessary. Just the cam and intake gaskets, as well as a timing cover gasket set should do the trick.

if u dont have alot of mi stock lifters is ok, but if u have the money might as well change em. rockers and pushrods are ok, and the timing chain well it depends on if u wanna degree ur cam or not.
