On a 5.0 is the heater core right by the smog pump with them 2 knobs and if so do you pour anti freeze in there or what do you do to make the heater run hot?

Huh?

The "two knobs" you're referring to are the caps for your charcoal cannister; this is for your fuel tank. I'd highly advise against pouring anything into it.

If your heater isn't blowing hot, check the cable going from the mixer control (on the AC panel) to the heater box. If it's working as it should, check to make sure the heater hoses off the engine are on the correct fittings.

DAMN BRO I FELL BAD TO WHO EVER TOLD U TO POUR ANITFREZZ IN THE CHARCAOL CANSTER LOL MAN THAT WOULD HAVE FUCKED YOUR DAY UP! THE HEATER CORE IS LOCATED IN SIDE THE DASH! THE TWO HOSE THAT RUN THROUGH THE TOP OF YOUR MOTOR RUN IN TO THE HEATER CORE SOME PEOPLE DELETE THAT HOLE SETUP BUY CONNECTING THE TWO HOSE TOGETHER OR EVER FROM THE WATER PUMP

Are you talkin about the 2 hoses that connect to the spacer and ppl conect them 2 together? Any pics?

Buy one of these if you plan on replacing the heater core.
