I have a 5.0 95 mustang, the car has been put all back to stock; motor. trans, diff everything...

I have not drivin the car in a few years because I lost interest, and pretty much parked the car in the garage.

Now it is time to sell.

I have a problem with the car's smog pump being on all the time and the car goes in somewhat of a 'limp' mode, and the electric fan is not cycling on.

I am located in the Sacramento Delta and am willing to pay to either me come to you and pay for your time or you can come to me and I will pay for your time. I do have a full repair shop here in Walnut Grove, but I just am not familiar with OBDI Ford EFI

You can reach me at 916 719 2976 and if it goes to voicemail please text me becuse the reception out here stinks.

Get a code scanner, dump the codes, and post them up here. I am sure someone will be able to point you in the right direction [patriot]

i never heard of the car's smog pump being on all the time! once the car is running, the pump works right away, if your fan is not cycling, the most common issue on those car's are the CCRM module, thats located infront of the radiator and looks like a computer, i have a spare working one. the first thing i would do is get a code reader, the connector is on passenger side strut tower.
