Can anyone suggest where I could get headlights that won't turn yellow? Or do they all turn yellow at some point? If so, then where could I get lights that'll stay clear for a long time?

I would take the time and find OEM headlights. I started with he repos back in the day, and a little metal piece would fall down in each one. Garbage. Now I dont know if they have upgraded them, or what.. But Id do it right the first time.

I've had good luck with repairing headlights. I use like 600 grit, then 1500 wet sanding paper till all the yellow is gone, then use Mothers aluminum polish and they usually come out really clear. After that you can use some clear coat spray with a UV protection and that will prevent them yellowing again. I did a set and they lasted a long time but the car got stolen so I'm not sure how long it will go.

Thanks for the responses so far. In regards to cleaning them, I tried most of the methods in the past with mixed results but they still didn't look that good to me. I have not tried the wetsand thing yet. I'll try that before I buy new ones. One thing I noticed is that the lenses are turning yellow but not a cloudy or hazy yellow, more like a clear yellow. They still look shiny, just not clear. I'm thinking maybe they're yellow because of the heat from the lightbulbs.

I just bought a set from Blue Oval Industries off of ebay and the headlights are OEM ford units, the parking lights are aftermarket but look good. Here are a couple pics of them;
