Yes is will bolt up, but it is not the booster you wanna use for a 4 wheel disk brake conversion. Reason being, the 96-98 booster "eyelid" on the booster arm is not curved like the stock 87-93 and the 94-95 boosters are. There are many people using '96-98 boosters (straight eyelid) with success, but I have heard of rare instances of pedal binding problems being associated with these boosters on a foxbody because of the angle at which the pedal shaft pushes the booster arm in.

Use a 93 cobra master cyl with a 1 inch bore for fox bodies and a 94-95 booster. Get the 3 to 2 port conversion kit from maximum motorsports and a adjustable proportioning valve and you should be all good.
