I just finished putting on some ported e7s trick flow stage 1 cam and eldelbrock intake on my mustang but when i was done it did not want to start but after messing with the timing for a hour it started but ran real ruff and kept stalling no matter wear the timing was and when we finely went for a test drive it back fired many times and over heated just going around the block.so if you have some sigestion on what i should do post it.

Start with troubleshooting your codes
18 - SPOUT circuit open or spark angle word failure
18 - IDM circuit failure or SPOUT circuit grounded
41 is an O2 sensor code
91 is Shift solenoid 1 circuit failure (E4OD)
Next I would check for a vacuum leak and timing
