I have 3.73's in my '07 manual. I really like them although I have some whine. I run probably 300RPM over what I used to run at freeway speeds. I hear 4.10's are much worse. If you have any concern for fuel mileage then I would do 3.73. They are enough for me because I commute a lot.
Another thing to research is how to identify real FRPP gears from Motive made ones. I paid extra for the FRPP set but they make a bit of noise. I really don't like it but it is too late. If I had known I could identify which gear sets were actually made by FRPP or Motive I would have been more careful. That is if you care whether they whine or not.

I had 4.10s in my 04 auto and couldnt be happier.
With 4.10s, o/r X pipe, tune (with changed shift points and firmness) intake, TB+plenum, and UD Pullies and my car went 13.6@101.
If i were to do it again, id still do 4.10s, kinda evens it up against the 5 speeds.
