Amarals engine parts and machine across from nummi, 510 656 9351, don't know about cheap but I've had over a dozen engines machined there without a single problem.

650-390-9367 (zinola machine shop) Jeff is the man, maybe not the cheapest but he's decently priced and does really nice work, he's extremely knowlegable.
