91 5.0. cranking over and wont start. Replaced cap n rotor, starter selnoid, wires, plugs. Fuel pump comes on and i'm getting pressure(from fuel gauge on rail), checked out coil and it fine. What am i missing??? ....after few attemps, car is now cranking over slower than normal even after trying another battery.

if you're not getting spark check your tfi as already mentioned and also the distributor stator.

MY car did the same exact thing... then it went away for a week, checked timing and all that crap:confused: I thought kool, drove it to work and on my way home, it quit right in the middle of traffic.

the tfi went out while my car was at the bodyshop. replaced the tfi then drove home 40min and soon after the stator went out as well.
if it is your tfi that went bad, its recommended u do the statar as well or just swap out a new distributor...these u can get on ebay for around $80 for OEM.

did you put the rotor back in exactly the way the old one was?

if your car still won't start give me a call, you shouldn't have to keep swapping parts in hopes of luckily finding the problem, you need to slow down and methodically find what's wrong and fix it not waste time and money throwing parts at it for no reason.Justin 510 760 3861
