i need a shorter belt, so what size belt do i need to run no a/c and no smog pump. less accessories i run the better. [Wink]

well with no A/C you will need a 79 inch with no Smog pump either not sure. 72 [Confused] some one will shim in some time [Razz]

with no smog and no ac i run a 73.5in belt and thats with a fms ac delete kit

so does it matter weather or not i have a/c delete or not? and also does it matter that its a 94 and not a fox?

for a 94 the brackets are prob different from 87-93 style. maybe because of the style of water pump used not 100% sure. just wrap a string around your pullies and bring the length to a auto parts store, then have them find a belt with the correct length from the string. and also make sure the its the correct width

no it shouldn't seize up it has a auto tensioner for the belt.it dosent have that much tension to lock up ac, alt or p/s just make sure you rought your belt correctly.

what u mean? how?
with your old belt still on car, start it up and note what direction every accessory turns, counter or clock wise. put your new belt on and make sure there turning in the same direction as stock
