Could the drips from the AC vent cause the leak? It's the pass. side of course... has anybody else experienced this? Thanks

cracked header.ive replaced about 15 of those before.

its a very common problem for cracked manifolds on v6's

the AC isn't leaking on the manifold but onto the Y pipe. How can i tell if it's the Y pipe thats leaking or the actual exhaust manifold. I can't see any cracks on the manifold and all the bolts are tight..

have a buddy cover the tailpipe and get a long screwdriver or extension and touch it to the header and then the y-pipe, you should be able to hear the ticking
